In order to improve clinical outcomes, Nadine is passionate about connecting ideas, clinicians, engineers, data scientists, technology, and capital. Expert in program design, project management, strategy and stakeholder engagement. She wants to help accelerate basic science discoveries into practice and remove barriers to productivity, innovation, and research translation. She currently serves as a Manager of Research Programs at Children's Hospital Orange County (CHOC) and the University of California (UCI), Irvine working closely with CHOC's first Chief Scientific Officer and the Vice Chair for Research, Pediatrics at UCI. She is a Member of the Board of Advisors for University Lab Partners (ULP), OC's premier wet lab incubator and medtech accelerator founded in partnership with the University of California, Irvine Beall Applied Innovation. Since 2011, she has served as an Education and R&D Associate with an FDA-funded pediatric medtech accelerator (PDC) based in Southern California and now Chicago, IL. Since 2020, she has served as an advisor with the McGill Dobson Department for Entrepreneurship and with the McGill Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at McGill University. From 2009 to 2020, Nadine served as faculty in USC's Viterbi School of Engineering and USC's Keck School of Medicine.
