Over her six years with the organization, she has led the development of a robust infrastructure and played a key role in the hospital’s ERP transition to Workday in 2022. She is responsible for vendor strategy, contracting, inventory, logistics, data governance, and systems design supporting clinical and research operations. Prior to Lurie Children’s, Katelyn held leadership roles at an adult IDN across supplies, purchased services, capital, and IT sourcing. She is a Certified Materials & Resource Professional and contributes to national pediatric supply chain strategy through the Vizient Pediatrics Council and CHA’s Supply Chain Executive Steering Committee. She’s excited to join today’s conversation on advancing pediatric innovation through cross-sector collaboration and operational excellence.
